2. Information We Collect

  • Personal Information: name, email address, phone number, and account details when you create an account or use certain features of the App.
  • Usage Data: how the App is accessed and used, including IP address, device information, app settings, and log files.

This data is controlled by your employer or organization, not by you individually, and is processed by ARMOR™ as described in our website Privacy Policy and any applicable Data Processing Addendum.
  • Third-Party Service Providers: The App may use third-party analytics, crash reporting, cloud hosting, and push notification service providers to help us operate, secure, and improve the App. These providers may automatically collect or receive technical information such as device identifiers, IP address, app usage patterns, and crash diagnostic logs. Each provider is contractually restricted to using this information solely to deliver services to us and is prohibited from using it for their own independent purposes. As ARMOR™ integrates additional service providers, this Policy and the corresponding App Store and Google Play privacy disclosures will be updated to reflect them.
