By using the Sites, you consent to the data practices described in this Policy.

Customer Data Processed on Behalf of Business Customers

Where you are an end user of a business that uses ARMOR™’s products or services (for example, ARMOR Asset Central™ SaaS, ARMOR 4+™, ARMOR Beacon™, ARMOR Track™, or the ARMOR Mobile App™), any data submitted to or collected through those services (“Customer Data”) is controlled by our business customer, not by you or by ARMOR™ directly. If you have questions about how your data is used in that context, please contact the business that provided you access to ARMOR™’s services.

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information or customer lists to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may share data with trusted service providers to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, process payments, or arrange deliveries. These providers are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide services to us, and are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information.

We may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

  • Conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on us or the Sites
  • Protect and defend our rights or property
  • Act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Sites, or the public

We may also disclose information in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, financing, or sale of assets, consistent with our Terms and Conditions.
